Cancellation Policy

1. The Septic system should be completed in substantial conformance with plans and specifications for the same signed by parties hereto a copy of which plans and specifications have been filed with local building authority. If no first lien holder is named herein all references to the same in this contract is to be disregarded. 2.Contractor is not responsible of any damages (Example: waterline, electrical lines or gas lines) in whatsoever before, during, or there after the job is complete. 3. Contractor is not responsible for the rocks, trash, or any objects removed for the soul purpose of the new installation. It is the owner's responsibility to remove the leftover material. 4. Contractor is not obligated to hook up the manifold to the building, unless there is an agreement between contractor and the owner or authorized party. 5. If extra equipment is required for the job to be completed, additional cost will be added to balance that was agreed upon. 6.If the final balance is not paid by the due date agreed between owner and Gabe's Septic, there will be a late fee of $300.00 after the due date agreed on. Then $10.00 each day after till the balance and/or any other charges are paid in full. After a month of unpaid balance, contactor will be able to repose any property of equal value owed by customer or authorized parties. 7. System shall be installed per PE/RS samtarian specs. An additional charge will be applied if modifications are needed. ( NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WATER FILL UP IN SEPTIC TANK)
